RESIDENCES | Symbiosis of Building, Landscape and City
The Royal Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture, Copenhagen. 2010.
The residential area is located at Amager, Copenhagen, with close connection to both the city center and green recreational areas. Thus, the site functions as a junction of city, suburb and nature, creating a space with unique conditions for living. Using the existing qualities of the site, the buildings merge housing facilities with an exterior landscape, creating a spatial composition where building, landscape and city intertwine.
